If so have you done the throne room and deposed Zaalbar's brother?
I suspect you somehow have not completed Kashyyk before finishing all the Star maps and your game has gone awry there. You may be faced with (1) going back to a save on Kashyyk if you have one (2) giving up on Zaalbaar for the rest of the game, assuming it causes no further issues (3) starting a new game or (4) using the save editor, KSE, to set Kashyyk and/or Zaalbar's backstory to completed.
Yes, I've found the blade and went upstairs with Freyyr, after a dialog Zaalbar attacked his brother and so Chuundar is dead. But this is my second attempt to finish Kashyyyk, at first attempt I've activated the map before receiving the blade and acted more aggressive advising Zaalbar to kill Chuundar, but I've failed sidequests due to Leviathan and decided to replay. This time I tried to avoid the fight in dialog but Chuundar died even so, and after that I force persuaded Freyyr to give additional money.
I'll definitely try save editor, Kashyyyk is the worst location in the game and it will be a torture to replay it all over again.
FWIW I always do Kashyyk first, then Dantooine then Manaan and finally Korriban. That gets you the two final party members early so you can advance their stories/sidequests in good time. It brings in all the party member sidequests and as you have already lost Bastila on the Leviathan it means you don't lose out by her refusal to set foot on Korriban. Just a thought but a different order might avoid the Zalbaar issue for you.
I recall getting different loot from the Mandalorian Bounty Hunter depending on what planet you’re on, I thought Kashyyk meant you didn’t get the pistols? (It has been a long time though)
