Kreia would be proud of such profundity X'D
Revan forged his own path, and was literally, canonically, renowned for converting people.
He could not have gotten as far as he did without their assistance, it is only fitting that he persuade them into allegiance - instead, he just offers a repugnant Sith fealty deals and yet Yuthura Ban can be given an entire conversion dialogue for light or dark, it's ridiculous.
Jolee may genuinely be impossible, for good reason, his entire backstory would forbid it, and there needs to be more Jedi to fight in the game (I personally mod in a bunch of 'insane jedi' on the Mannan level to get that sense of combat vs Light Side Powers as I always play Pragmatic Dark Side as it's true to Revan, who originally discarded the Jedi as a whole, virtually dubbing them to be dogmatic apathy incarnate, but Revan also didn't just slaughter innocents or bombard worlds, so it makes sense to play him non-psycho dark side, unless you're into being a Jedi Mind Puppet >:D )
Juhani should have a near influence style character progression, meaning, she'll go dark if you go dark, but it's a pragmatic dark like yours, she now understands that what she did originally was just childish, but had potential in terms of passion & power, as for her hero, Revan, she understands that the Dark Side can and sometimes must be weaponized in order to defeat greater enemies, and with the Galaxy at stake, where else would the line be to cross such a moral event horizon?
Glory is a fool's prize, there is no honour in death, and no use for the moral high ground if you're world is bombarded into ash.
Mission and Zaalbar are a different topic all together...I have more complex thoughts and theories on how it could be made to work but honestly?
After "I've never abandoned anyone on a mission > Run for it mission, go go!" Carth flees?
The two may just need to be force dominated for now, they will unlikely aid you if Jolee is dead, or perhaps you can stasis him / spare him at the Temple and prove that you aren't a slave to the Dark` Side, you are using it to win, and leave him to reflect on his thoughts only for him to eventually come around?
But I'm gonna follow the Zaalbar strategy here, because Mission is young and still naïve, savvy and cunning, far more than others at her age I'm sure, but, we've all been that age, it's a lot easier to deceive than someone of double those years, and even then, there are plenty of grown adults you can mind slave the cr@p out of because of how dense they are.
Regardless? They can come around later after you save the galaxy from the Sith emperor with your new infinite fleet > eternal fleet & Bastilla's battle meditation empowering it with your strategic mind at the helm and a great deal of trustable allies ready to assist you.
So, yes, there is PLENTY of logic and canon adherent plot to support a no-companion kill Dark Side run, except for Carth, that is literally an inevitable and as Kreia once said, someone who doesn't bend, breaks..
