How to fix the mouse not working.

go to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\swkotor
or go steam libray
Right click on the game.
Left click "properties"
Left click Local Files
Left click Browse Local Files
Find "swconfig" and click it.
Should bring up a window.
Uncheck the "Hardware Mouse" box. hit save and boot the game.

Took me forever to find out so i thought i'd make a thread with an explination in the first post.

Enjoy the game. It can wash the taste of crap out of your mouth after seeing the new movies.

Godspeed. You can also get the game to run in widescreen with Flawless Wide Screen. It still looks good at 1080p in widescreen.

This is not accurate anymore as of 2022, atleast for me. The file is in the same directory called "swkotor2.ini" Inside find hardwaremouse=1 and change the value to 0, save and start. Great help Damyel tho, was going mad at this ♥♥♥♥.

the file named swkotor2.ini is the file for the second game The Sith Lords, but should still work.

this works but when i do this i cant use a widescreen mod and this didnt happen when i first started playing
