KOTOR resolution settings
My computer runs at 4K (max) resolution, so when I start this game up it tells me that the game is not at an optimal resolution. I don't know if this is important or not, but soon after this message, and once the Lucas Arts logo shows up, my game crashes and I am unable to play. Is there a solution to this? Do I need to download something? Please help, you are my only hope.

Alright, so I went online and tried fixing the resolution problems by using Flawless Widescreen. I managed to load up the game, but the start menu ended up being a black screen, with the start menu buttons still working (I could hear my cursor mousing over them) and the music still plays. Any ideas?

Someone else posted in the community a little while back i dont remember who but i will tell you how to fix it basically you gotta get into the games code and change the FullScreen

FullScreen=1 to Fullscreen=0 and after that put AllowedWindowedMode=1
you can find the fullscreen under[Graphics Option] and put AllowedWindowedMode under this too if you need it to be more descripted gotta find the original guys post i hope this helps you a little OP

you should be able to reach the code going through steam then into swkotor
