I think you should take a few more minutes of your time to save your game properly. :P
What I mean is, save your game at least two times and always keep at least one copy of your current save file.
A known problem is that save files can randomly get corrupted. Corrupted save files won't load and will crash your game while trying to load. That's why it's important to keep a few save files as a backup. Also, it will save you time because you'd have to backtrack if you lose a lot of game progress due to save files being corrupted.
I've never used quick saves, so I don't know if they are causing this issue.
Good luck! :DD
I'll try this and see what happens. Thanks!
