Question Concerning Griff Bug
Hey folks.

I'm hoping someone here might know how to fix the problem I've run in to. I know the bug where Mission's brother Griff doesn't appear is common and is usually solved by using the save game editor. However, I've tried this to no avail. I can't get Griff to spawn in the Tusken Raider village, the spaceport, or the Czerka office. I believe this has something to do with the Tatooine Jobs Office mod I have that adds a jawa quest giver to the building.

Have any of you encountered this bug while playing with this mod? If so, how did you resolve it? Thanks in advance for any replies.

This is the mod in question: http://www.nexusmods.com/kotor/mods/297/?

I had the same issue. To fix it I used this save editor
http://deadlystream.com/forum/files/file/503-kotor-savegame-editor/

And followed these steps:
1- Backup your save game. Really, no jokes. Do it now.
2- Make sure you have triggered the quest and that you are indeed on the path of finding Griff - you can check easily by going to the Sandpeople enclave and ask the chief to release Griff, which he will readily agree to if you've helped his tribe. If you don't get this conversation option, then you're missing a few steps prior. Google's that way -->
3- Make sure Griff doesn't spawn in his designated cell. It's the one directly opposite the Jawa cage, on the outer rim of the enclave's circular corridor. There should be a corpse in there somewhere, and if you opened the door BEFORE the quest triggered, Griff will NOT spawn.
4- Open your save game with KSE
5- Scroll down to Booleans and change tat_GriffGreeta and tat_GriffPort to 1. Now warp to the ebonhawk with mission in your party and Griff will appear.

Hope it works.

Sorry for the necro but OP had Tatooine Jobs Office installed so this fix doesn't even work in this situation. For anyone else who is having problems with Griff and Bastila's mother and need a fix go here https://deadlystream.com/topic/8900-tatooine-job-office-mod-fix/ and follow the instructions.
Wow this was a nice surprise. Thanks to GameZard for replying originally and to Kabob004 for swooping in out of nowhere 7 years later. I'm actually about to do a modded install, so if I run into this issue again, I know what to do. Good game.

No problem, also if you have those files please drop a link I sadly appear to be missing them in my install so I can't even utilize the fix myself and I am having the same problem but at least we know the culprit,

Also, for some reason I get sent to the Taris Sewers from a thing added in this mod...

The files are inside your scripts.bif in the data folder inside the game directory and you'll need the tools people have made for accessing those files so go and grab this https://deadlystream.com/files/file/280-kotor-tool/ before you actually end up needing a fix like that.

I'll come back to this post when i get started. I know i don't have them local on my machine cause i've had to reformat in that time, but I think I zipped that install up and put it somewhere. I'll see if I can find the file for you.
