Windows 7 32 bit
How do I get this damn game to run on windows 7 32 bit

I don't think Windows is a problem, because I can play the game normally with Windows 10.

Is the game crashing on startup or after creating your character?
Here are some simple fixes which work for most players:
1) Disable Frame Buffer Effects
2) Disable Soft Shadows
3) Try running the game in compatibility mode for Windows XP Service Pack 3

If you can't even open the game, you can modify these settings in the .ini file in the games' directory.
