I saw a guide about the "achievements" from Monkey Island but I see nothing in Steam. If anyone can help, please.

The Secret of Monkey Island does not, but the second game Monkey Island 2 does.

The Xbox 360 and PS3 versions do have achievements, but the PC version doesn't.
