Controller support?

I noticed this is listed as having "Full controller support" is this accurate? I'd like to screen share this with my Nvidia shield on my TV, but if I need a full keyboard and mouse that'll be annoying.

I just tried it out. The controller works in the main menu. In game, the controller moves the cursor around like it's emulating a mouse. The buttons map to the "use" action, verb selection, inventory selection, skip, menu, transition between classic/special edition etc. I did not see any options to customise the buttons or cursor sensitivity.

For whatever reason, the game performance is unusable for me in full-screen right now (at first I thought it had hanged with a black screen), so I had to put it into windowed mode first (alt-enter). After changing the graphic settings in the game menu, the game started in window mode on successive launches as desired.

It's not as precise to control a mouse cursor with a controller, but yes it is playable.

Hi, I know this is old, but I've recentky bought the game, and I'm unable to open the inventory with a PS4 controller, no button seems to work for it. I can change to the classic version and use the objects, but it's a bit impractical. If anyone knows how to solve this, I'd appreciate it
