They may also be min-maxing with their characters size, you haven't said yours but how buff the character is changes whether ki based or strike and basic attacks are stronger. Or a balance if you pick the middle.
Edit: From what I gather you generally want 100 in one damage stat of your choice, enough stamina for 6+ bars (preference on how many more) and then some health to not die horribly fast. Increasing Ki only if you're going for Ki blasts. Of course I could be horribly wrong, this is just what I understand from my own reading.

I picked the tallest Female and the middle weight i think ( 1 less than the fatest)
I would suggest going for Ki Supers, as Female Saiyans have low Basic Attack damage.
You want a slender build for your character, though average is almost as good. (Slender deals 100% Ki damage, while average deals 83%.)
Saiyans get +20% to all damage while at critical health and higher Ki levels make maintaining SSJ easier. So balance between the two of them as you please. (25 Ki = 1 bar)
Being taller makes you slower with higher health, so that isn't necessarily bad. But the weight thing depends, if you're going a balanced route of both ki and strike supers then it is the better choice, obviously. Unfortunately the game doesn't seem to like that method of play, with most armour making a negative on the other. The armour that does help both then give negatives to health and Ki, I believe...
If it's your first character, I'd say just focus on the story and parallel quests until you're max level. If you want to keep this character and salvage them for online battles, you can make a couple wishes to Shenron to fix the attributes spent and change your sizes. That, or make a second character for online battles. Power leveling in PQ53 and PQ52 is pretty darn fast!
It's generally a good idea to wait until you're maxed before taking on any PVP matches.
