Registration is closed

I'm in Toki Toki city, but when I try to play the parallel quests, I keep getting the message "Registration is closed". I get a similar message from everything that I can interact with in the city. Any idea how to fix this? Or am I just missing something?

Have to clear the prologue mission and become a time patroller first.

I beat the intro missions playing goku vs freiza, cell and kid buu and I still can't do anything. Everything is closed to me in Toki toki and I can't do any missions

After Trunks tests you, run around all three parts of the city and talk to every time patroller, then return to Trunks. He'll send you on the Saiyan Saga and you must beat that. After that, everything unlocks...

You have to Beat Vegeta in Singleplayer missions, after fully completing him, logout, shut game down, start game and login online ;) worked for me! ^^

Got it. They should really put a map marker or quest log in there so that we know we have an objective :S I spent 60 minutes just roaming toki toki city

I did that i remade a character and did it again and it worked this time
