What happen to Dr. Gero and Android 19?

They show up around the 7 minute mark.

I imagine Dr. Gero and Android 19 will appear in cutscenes at the very least.

I was more dissapointed when I discovered 16 isn't in this installment.

It turns out that Android 19's voice was so obnoxious that Dimps had to cut him from the final product. At one point in development, there was a singing contest before Android 19 and Fat Buu. Lets just say it was a "memorable" moment for the team...

Why not use Raditz and Yamcha?

Anyway, have they confirmed they aren't in? Personally I never play as 19 and 20 in video games but they're both important as 19 was Super Vegeta's first opponent and 20 is the creator of everything in the android saga + his moveset in games is kinda unique.
