Is this a bug?

When i try to cross bridges i either have to jump or i can't jump or walk over im just stuck. Example, when im playing city of danger, and i need to get the thing over the bridge to the green pad thing i cant cross the bridge im stuck in the middle.
What should I do??

Yeah V-sync fixes the issue
Have to play with vsync, if it's off it causes that for some reason

I don't switch it with ''Enter'', it works with the arrow keys.
