Colored slime level

So I died some number of times in this grand little game, and I came across a slime only floor. what I managed to see were blue slime's, yellow slime's, red/pink slime's, a purple slime, and a strange rainbow slime. I died before I could attempt killing it, but it appears we have a special dungeon, and boss to go with it. if anyone else gets a glimpse of this version let me know, it looks like the resistances are going to be much more needed if these slime's are going to be more prominent.

This level, the damp level and the earthquake level are too good and waaay too rare.

[Hoop Snake]

From my experience, all other slimes on the level have to be killed before the flashing slime will take any damage. Damage indicators will appear, but using the Ring of Zygox I noticed that it only took damage after I had killed all the other red, yellow, green, orange, blue, and purple slimes.

Oh is THAT how it works?
I'll definitely keep that in mind next time this elusive level strikes.

That's not actually how it works. You don't have to kill any other slimes in the level to deal damage to it, not sure what Paularoid is talking about.
