How exactly do you combine potions?

Probably by selecting one potion in your inventory, and then pressing the Magic (spellcasting) button by default it is Y on an XBOX controller. it will highlight, and you will be able to select another potion. I am not sure if you need to hit Y again, or A.

After that it will give you a random new potion.

There are at least 2 other combinable items in the game that do not require the Alchemy skill. They use the same controls to combine them.

You can combine bombs with arrows to make bomb arrows (one bomb makes three bomb arrows), and you can combine a poison potion with a weapon to give it "Coated with Poison."

also worth noting i think when you make the set of 3 bomb arrows its one a single bomb and a single arrow.

smh! its been a while since i tried it so i was trying to combine the bomb with my bow xD
