It enchants your weapon/equipment on use. You apply it to one piece of equipment. For instance, it can add +1 intelligence, or +1 strength, etc. Basically just adds a stat to whatever you pick, however it has a chance to take away a stat as well if you're unlucky (not sure if the luck stat actually applies to this) thus making it a risky but potentially rewarding item. I've gotten good stats from it as well as had good stats taken away.

In some cases when the game is bugged, the scroll can be used to enchant an item repeatedly.

Do the enchant scrolls get mixed in with the other scrolls? if so it's a fantastic way of increasing the stakes with scrolls (not identifying one and risk cursing one of your items)

I was expecting it to have the ability to change enchants. Like from Underwater Breathing to Boulder Protection. But I guess if you can find a ton of Enchant scrolls I guess it's okay.

On a different note, I haven't run into any throw power gloves. Any word on those?

Whereas I've ran into nothing but them.

Pretty sure it's just +damage to thrown objects towards enemies.

The throw gloves make your thrown objects fly faster and further (significantly so), and increase the damage from like, 7-12 to like, 12-25.
