how do you apply poison to weapons ??

it says on the tips that this is possible but when ive got some poison there is no option to apply it to weapons??

You need a potion of poison. To combine items, press the spell button while highlighting the item you wish to combine (in this case, use the poison potion), and then highlight the weapon you want poisoned, press the spell button on it and now you have a poisoned weapon.
