Thank you for your observation and concern but this is my alt account. I certainly do own the game. Actually maybe thats why my save didn't carry over, ill see if there's 2 folders but I didn't see one before so I'm pretty sure I just lost my save installing it again.

edit: yea, no i just don't have it at all. The save that is, i own the game.

Go to your vagante folder find "savedata.sav" open with notepad. Then find your where is says unlocks copy and paste everything here. Make sure there's about 8 spaces of whitespace before each entry.
