Really needs a sandbox mode

I fired up the game (been a long time since I've played it) and decided to play the game like I was playing in sanbox mode. I was doing amazing, everyone was healthy, happy and I was down to the third level in the tech tree and I haddn't even built the beacon yet (I'm a very patient player, that and creative rotation of workers through jobs and I was sitting pretty).

All of a sudden the dude came, flaked out and the discontent portion of the game started, I figured as long as I didn't build the beacon the game wouldn't go to that stage (wrong). So I shut down the game and I won't be loading it again until we get a sandbox option. I like playing at my own time at my own pace without feeling pressured into advancing when I'm not ready.

I am beyond ready for more game play. I've completed each map multiple times. I hope the new modes and maps are released relatively soon as I am bored with game play at the moment. Is there a release date? I only noticed it say 2019, but nothing more.

Wish people would investigate. Sandbox is gonna be released before the end of the year.

its supposed to be stressful
you're supposed to have to juggle discontent
you're arent supposed to never build a beacon to cheeze the game

also i see you cant read anything else
because there is a sandbox mode planed that is coming in around a week

i never said that nor did i even say i enjoy this game
i do not enjoy this game in its current state and i wont until there is sandbox
it just seems like he was upset because he couldnt cheeze the game into becoming sandbox yet
