Prosthetics?

I signed into law the right to make them, but it seems my citizens that need them do not have them. Is there a building that makes prosthetics?

Off topic but what do prosthetics do? Just make the amputee considered a normal citizen or?

well if they have a prosthetic arm or leg, I'd think they'd be able to contribute some how. Given they have the robot creture (automotrons?) I'd think they'd be able to cook up something better for a prosthectic. I haven't managed to get that far yet. I just got past the 10th day after 3 tries.

You make prosthetics at the factory (same place you make automatons). They let people that have been amputated via the "Radical Treatment" Law and are possibly staying in the Carehouse (either/or) go back to work at a reduced efficiency...I want to say it starts at 70%, but I think there may be a tech or two that makes the prothetics 10% or so better?
