Request for the developers: Weapon Skins

I love Deadzone and I have a request that my whole friend group is in agreement with: weapon skins.
I prefer the 'stock' black appearance of weapons like they were in Starsiege Deadzone, but in Deadzone Rogue almost every single weapon has often ugly camo or bright colors. I'd love to be able to unlock skins to make weapons have different colors, including basic black. I would even buy them as inexpensive DLC for a couple dollars, but would much prefer for them to be unlockable.
