Level 11 secret isn't in the level, its in the settings

I think it is completely absurd to get this secret you have to change the settings which I had no idea could even be changed. I got every secret in the first couple of tries but despite finding this one immediately I spent over 2 hours attempting it only to realize it was in fact impossible without changing the settings. I have done every challenge, all the endless, and now all of a sudden im 99% through the game and I need to change settings. Ridiculous really can't believe thats how this was handled.

How do you need to change the settings?

Settings -> Gameplay -> unlock physics. Slows down your fall so you can get the secret quite easily. Really stupid imo that this is required.

Definitely required. You literally can't do it without slowing down (as posted by several people other than me).

I don't see how, I just tried it repeatedly until I got it, it only took half a dozen or so goes and I didn't have to turn off physics. It's definitely possible.

Not trying to argue with you here but one way or another you were hovering for longer than the "standard mode," or what the original standard mode was. I guess its possible they patched it cause it didn't make much sense. Feel free to watch youtube videos of people accomplishing the achievement, all of them are moving slow enough to glide to the pc with ease and most mention it. I literally did the jump over and over, knowing exactly where to jump, how to angle, everything for hours and it wasn't reachable and I was able to do all others in a couple of tries. (side note when I turned the physics on, then turned them off, they remained changed. Not sure whats going on there). Either way good for you

even without changing settings you just need to hold space as you jump to slow down your movement. There was never a need to unlock physics.

I promise you something as mundane as holding the spacebar wasn't the problem. I tried it for hours, anything you can think of but it literally was not possible. As previously stated (and ignored) I have no idea if the game was patched, if something was buggy, etc. All I know is I saw several posts about this when I finally went to the internet after hundreds of tries, and every video showed the movement speed pretty drastically different. Again feel free to look at the many other posts about this if you would like to continue arguing.

You had a different experience, good for you. You're entire argument hinges on you telling me something that happened to me didn't happen. Everyone had your experience and none of the many alternatives I proposed (patching etc.) are possible. Me and all the other posts just weren't as good as you and didnt think to hold the space bar, basically the only action key and something I figured out in the first 10 minutes of play. You also had to use your "spacebar secret" to obtain the secrets in previous levels which I have already stated were no issue. ROFL you solved it.

No doubt I just decided to forget to hold the spacebar in between secrets that each took me 5 minutes and this wasn't do able in 3 hours. The hunreds of other people posting about this were also just complete idiots, including all of the posts the detailed needing to change the physics settings. Thanks for your invaluable input. Your experience was the only possible experience, game couldn't have been patched, buggy or anything. Why are you still posting you literally have brought 0 value to anything, addressed no possibilities or the FACT that there are hundreds of other posts saying the same thing, but continue to post. Unsubscribed to this sh1t show because I made this original post awhile ago and frankly value your opinion, because that is all it is, less than the chimpanzee that you sound like. As I can see you enjoy harrassing people on posts so continue being the great person you are while nobody listens!

I know you said you are leaving, but seriously calm down kiddo. Maybe you could try what everyone is saying about holding down space rather than calling them idiots for saying it. I'll tell you what it does since you appear to be unable to do it yourself. Holding down space while you are falling massively slows down time giving you time to move over and interact with it.

I know it's old, but just going to note that the "unlock physics" option exists because some PCs that have issues running the game normally need that option to work as intended. On some machines the game runs weird with it on, but for others it requires it to run as intended.

Don't pop a gasket and write a book when your worldview is challenged. Instead consider that maybe your worldview could use some tweaking, or post a video of yourself trying and demonstrating. Hopefully before replying in massive, emotional strokes you did test it.

Sometimes we try and fail, so we try again. Correlation != causation, Unlock Physics doesn't allow you to find this secret, careful experimentation and the help of the community does.
