Trigger input sensitivity

I have a PowerA Spectra (Xbox One compatible) controller that has a "hair trigger" feature that let's me pick between three trigger button limits (1: default 100% travel, 2: at most ~60% travel: 3: at most ~30% travel) which, at the most aggressive setting 3 prevents the triggers from moving more than 30% of the way. T2 works fine, but at T3 it appears that 20XX doesn't register it as a key press so I can't seem to use it for the Attack function. Is there something I can do to make 20XX recognize even 30% trigger input as a keypress (some Steam/Windows10 setting)?

I tried setting the Control Stick Dead Zone to 5% and 95% and neither helped.
