My advice: come back in six months or so. The game will leave beta state by then.
However 1.7 will bring some more stable Multiplayer should you want to wait for that.
Lol
@OP
i agree with CrEScenT there, but if we should be more specific, check the game after 1.7, and if thats not enough check the game after 1.8(i guess that makes "few months" at least) and if still comments are negative... well... you may postphone playing it until... expension??? doubt there will be any but.. you get the point.
In previous versions we were connecting fine, but Out Of Sunch happened all the times. Is it not fixed after almost half-year?..
Overall the 1.7-patch feels more stable and good, but were not quite there yet. Too bad you have to invest an hour or so before realizing it's broken.
they all charge that kind of money for games, so you are really saying....you are done with video gaming in general, huh??? i dont care who the publisher is or the studio is..most games are 50-60 dollars with a season pass at 20-30 dollars.....thats the way of the world now.
but to answer your question...YES...this gripe about ubisoft/uplay is rediculous.....but i do agree ubisoft needs to sort their servers out...played the division beta for 6 hrs with friends and not one online issue at all...with connections ,fps,lag,ping...worked fantastic...rainbow six siege on the other hand has a broken netcode,server,etc...always problems with that game...but rb6s is an awesome game...im really thinking that the out of sync issues folks are having is from the ubisoft servers, rather then homm7....what i think is they need to add a line of code so the user can edit and change their data center so it uses the one closest to where you are instead of trying to do that automatically.
I hope more players will remember this fiasco for your next game, Limbosoft. Now just sell the rights and keep your incompetent hands off Heroes of Might and Magic (<---because THIS is its real name). You have done enough for the series already, thank you. NEXT!
On the other hand, it cannot be palyed in online properly :)
In 1999 we could play hmm3 in multi with no problem lol
In 2016 some people made a game ''mmh7'' and they ruined the game, also they call themself Game Developer...it must be a joke
I played the Division without multiplayer issues either. As far as the $80 thing goes you're pretty much dead wrong. In the past while I've bought several games for under $80. The only $80 game i own is Fallout 4 and that wasn't worth it at all. FANV was overall a better game.
yep...entertainment is based on whatever you are willing to pay really...i paid 45 bucks for the core rainbow six siege game and 30 bucks for the season pass...did i get full enjoyment out of my purchase...hell yeah, 300+ hrs playing it and more hrs of fun to go....homm7 i have 100+ hrs playing my ubisoft copy and 50 hrs or so playing my steam copy...was it worth the money...of course it was....with that said, ive paid 5 bucks for games that were horrible...played 5 mins and thats about all i could take cause it sucked so bad....wasted 5 bucks many times on the tons of games i bought over the years....am i sour about it...no way
the only thing i can tell you is wait a year for a price reduction because as we enter the direct x 12 and wins 10 era...i think you will see more of a price increase in games. like everything else in this world really.
