How to turn on rewards?

In settings/game menu, i saw bubbles about Heroes steps, Llama mount and etc. But i can't turn them on. All these rewards i see as claimed in Uplay Overlay(SHIFT+F2). So i own them, but can't turn them on. How to do this?

I have them claimed in the Ubisoft account but in game i don`t even see the options and have no idea how to bring them on ...

You could find options in Settings -> Game. But for me those options disabled....

Disabled for me also. In UPLAY for all it`s written that they are successfully redeemed and can be used in game, but inside the game they are disabled.

Same here just reinstalled to check, only can enable Pixel mode and Artifact pact, and have to start a custom game then exit to menu to enable the options.

I've started match with generated map(Are generated maps related to custom game?), and when i opened settings i still can't activate anything. Even Pixel mode and Artifact pack are disabled for me.

Not sure what to suggest, hopefully Ubi Milky responds, see some people on Reddit having same issue so widespread

I've bought a Complete edition) And again, i see these rewards as claimed in UPLAY, so it means that i be able to turn them on and i have it.

Hey folks!

You can find the Ubisoft Connect Rewards in the Options menu under the Gameplay Tab.

Please note that you can only use the Ubisoft Connect Rewards in Custom Games.

Hello UbiViral! Yeap, i see, that all these rewards already claimed! But still can't activate in game. On my support request I've got an information, that the problem is under investigation.

Same - whilst the options appear in the menus they are greyed out and cannot be turned on. This appears to be a wider issue as this issue is reported by multiple people on Reddit also

I have the rewards in ubi but in game under gameplay i don`t see anything at all, don`t have them even greyed out.

In one you can see that i have redeemed them all in ubi connect and in game i don`t have anything.
