We've been seeing and hearing what you have to say about Gorilla Showdown! So we're making some changes to improve the quality of life.

STEAM CLOUD

We finally enabled Steam Cloud, so your saves will be safe if you move between PC’s and you can keep your favorite hats!

GOODBYE TO THE DEMO

As a small studio, we really appreciate everyone who has played and downloaded the demo! A time comes however, when keeping the demo updated is taking up too much time, and pulling us away from updating the base game. We’ve decided to pull down the demo and focus all of our time on making Gorilla Showdown as good as it can be.

GAMEPLAY CHANGES / ADDITIONS

• New music pack added. (Coffee in Paris)

• Locking teams from swapping at end of game lobby setting added.

• Flying Monkeys have reduced from 10 to 5 monkeys.

• Infected Mode now shows player tracker at 90 seconds left.

• Infected mode has a 20-player max lobby size. (Might not be the best performance)

• Added a noise for when someone gets infected.

• Re-add Drum-Bomb client-side lag comp after removing briefly.

• Rhythm game notes cleaned up.

• Song Music volumes balanced.

• Host can now hold to force-skip game intro.

• Scoreboard now scrolls to fit more players.

BUGS FIXED

• Microphone settings no longer reset on opening settings menu.

• The Bear’s Sombrero no longer sits on the floor.

• Mouse no longer disappears on death screen.

• Boomer-Axe sound spamming glitch for clients removed.

• Removed the second “Player has left” message from chat.

• Mid-Game Joining no longer has the dance pad lights off.

• Spamming through weapon crate speed resets on new weapon crate.

• ‘Club Chump’ localized back to “Club Chimp”

• Mid-Game Joiners show infected compass.

• Alt-Key spawning headlock glitch fixed.

• Ability Fuel Bar works for languages with long text.

• Can no longer join different version games via Steam Friends.

• Kick and Ban buttons in game player management work.
