How do I play multiplayer?!?!?!?!

Ok so when im in the start menu I click multiplayer and no servers show up. I've tried to refresh the page many times but it just keeps loading and it doesn't get me anywhere. So how do I play multiplayer????? Please someone tell me, solo is really boring...

This may help... Go to your steam library and right click Primal Carnage: Extinction and press delete local content. Then, simply download the game again. And don't worry, your skins won't be deleted, you don't be deleted because you don't actually delete it, you sort of delete it. You should try it, I've done it a lot because I had to reset my setbinds and I still have all my achievements and skins for the game. Hope this will help you. :)

I have deleted some of my older games and I can download them again without paying, Im just making sure I don't have to pay again.
I've never really done this before but I just checked on a game I "deleted".
And it does the same thing for downloading it.
ill just download an old game I used to have just to make sure.
