Can Someone Explain this

when i go to options and controls nothing is there so i go to game pad to see and all the controls say unidentified and i am unable to use left click or scroll chat but besides that all works but when i restarted my computer and that didint fix the problem

Verify the game files. If that don't work try a full clean reinstall.
