How do I ban players with weird names?

I'm tired of getting stupid people with weird symbols on their names that are impossible to type, who join my servers and just ruin it by being a smart ass and won't listen to you.

I read somewhere that if you use adminplayerlist after signing in as admin, you can use the steam ID to kick them, but what is the command. I've tried adminkickBan (SteamID) and it does nothing.

Then this shows up:
[Number] [Playername] [ID]
Example:
311: ServerNotFound ID: blablabla

Then: adminkick 311 / adminkickban 311

Do you atleast give them a 'friendly warning' to avoid silly discussions like on that post that goes about me. (sarcasm)

Well I'm the kind of person that has little paitience for stupid. For example, I won't mention names, but I kindly asked a player since I was already playing as a rex, could they please choose something else, it wasn't going to be fair for the team if our team was just going to be bloody rexes. And when I asked them to change all they did was put lol and laughed. So I thought to myself, "Alright we're gonna play that game are we?" So no, you're gonna be a smart ass on my server and expect me to let it slide. Than you can go find another server to join. Also ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about people on a forum because you got kicked for not obeying their rules, is just stupid and it makes you look even more childish. Their server, their rules. You join the server to play the game, not to idle or afk. I can't stand lootbots either, the game is a game, not a freaken franchise for profit or business. My server is called bloodlust for a reason, you join in, you make a team and you kill things. It isn't Tickle pansy "Don't shoot me because I suck at the game I'm a friendly."

Also thanks so much. I was entering the full steam ID and wondering why it wasn't working. <3
