Option/Button to disable voice chat/Mute Player(s) that irritate or torment other players

Ok, I have no problem with the voice chat in general, HOWEVER, when a person uses it to harass, annoy,or spam voice chat, then it becomes annoying. For example, I just left a server where a player continued to spam voice chat with crude noises and proceeded to continue making them even after he was asked to stop by several others, including me. The player in question goes by Jack Mills, and I know for a fact that ppl have had problems with him in the past with hacking. At leased when I play GTA Online I have the option to mute a person that I deem annoying, crass, spaming chat, or is using foul language. So I ask you, Please, if posible, to put an option in the game that enables players to mute another player(s).

I would actually like an option to just disable all voice chat, without having to click on individual people.

they may add global mute as a crate item
