How come my T-rex can't eat?

I was playing as T-Rex. Somehow snuck behind a scientist. And bit him seven times before she casually walked away. How come their is no proper hit detection on the "Tyrants". I don't feel like a badass anymore.

Did you lower your head first? I notice almost no rex even bother doing so. Also see a lot of spam biting at ranges too close hoping for an easy kill. The range seemed fine when I tried it, but it is about timing rather than spam clicking attacks.

I can confirm... sometimes the humans go throught our mouth and nothing happens to them.. The tyrant hitbox needs some improvements.

I've gottten this as well. Most of the time my bite misses [and i do lower my head first XD though it took me a few times playing to realize it was needed ]

Were they crouching? Because that has been a problem up until recently (like the last bit of coding I did this morning, not something that you will see in the current build but definitely the next). I just increased the size of the rex and spino's mouth hit detection too. Hopefully it tests well and solves your issue.

No, they were running arround of me not crounching at all. That's a good news thx for hearing us. Keep it up the good work xD

Thank you for responding. No. This has been a huge problem in my experience, it happens with spinosaurus to. No matter how hard I try, biteing misses 7/10 times. You need precision strikes on hit boxes that frankly move very quickly. It makes playing a tyrant very dangerous because you can't instantly kill with crushing and biteing misses all the time. I can't help but feel useless as the most powerfull land animal in history. It dosen't feel right. Thank you for future fixes.

Well I was playing as Rex yesterday, and trampled a scientist 3 times and she was still alive after that, and eventually she killed me. And I'm sure I walked over her, as the 'hit' indication appeared on my screen.

Even worse some times your Rex get stuck with his head up in the air after eating a human, no more biting or healing.
