marketplace item not showing but bought

hi all :) , just wondering if anyone can help or know how to solve, so i bought an item on steam market place only 9p but it is not showing, it shows the money has come from my account, now if i go through steam support and click other purchases it lets me choose a multiple of options , where as this recent purchase just comes up with an error page and says try again later but it is constant and obviously have no item but proof of the purchase many thanks :)

Good Day unprivate your inventory just so i can check just for curiosity reasons. Steam marketplace always delivers item unless its an issue and there is some delay in which the item might appear on your account after a few hours and should at least appear under market history. Also to note this is a steam issue and not related directly to game developers at all, if it were an in-game purchase then it would be different. Thanks

HI yes posted in general also
i have set inventory to all can see
it was a pastel flame slammer btw just weird it doesnt even show in market history as wont even let me see details about it, but again shows payment from my steam wallet,

Its happened to me once before and after some time the item appeared in my account ,hopefully it will be the same case for you
