Can i get a free key?
guys how do i get a key to open crates?

You can only get keys as loot drops (very rare) or by buying them, either from the market in steam (which are expensive) or in the in game store (cheapest way)

Ok, so I had a similar problem... updates didn't fix it. Turns out I had disabled the Steam overlay for the game. Steam runs all the transactions. So in order to access the store for the game, you need to right click the game in steam, and on one of the tabs it says "enable steam overlay". Make sure it's checked. This has fixed several people's issue with the in game Store.
