PCE is The Most Underrated Game on Steam

There. I just wanted to say that. For years PCE has been a hidden gem and in my opinion it is unmatched in terms of how much it deserves. PCE deserves the entire world. And they keep updating it every few months despite its small playerbase.

it's an underdog thats for sure.

compared to other games though it kinda of falls short. Most of the updates just feel like micro transactions, or change for the sake of change.

I wish some more of the mod maps would be accepted even though most of them are pretty broken at the moment. There's good ideas still sitting there. They could be fixed up and at least added as optional for fan-run servers.

I wish there were more games like this on Steam, I really liked it in its prime time. There was also something unexpected with each patch that made the gaming experience absolutely unique, besides the dinosaurs of course, I miss the time when your character could fall under the map, turn his textures inside out, or half of your inventory could disappear because someone anonymous somehow used your items for crafting, Pathfinder was like the grim reaper and you could spam endless mines.
