There is no queue but a server list

Its not a type of game that people play always. I mostly play it for chilling or chatting with some friends in freeroam.

As for now the devs are working on 1 of the PS versions to take ut upto live version (so right now its not too active) but once they finish that i think they release the new update, content.

It's true, playerbase is on a decline and most regular players have moved out to something else, can't blame them. Devs don't really have any big plans for the future of this game or Primal Carnage series. I would say this isn't really the best time to get into this game as the project seems to approach it's final days and only a few of us will stick around until then.

It's running on fumes, their latest update was just their most recent belch to attempt to keep the game going. Seriously, either make the next installment and abandon this one or balance the damn game and listen to what's left of the fan base (the correct side, not the children who shouldn't be here to begin with.)

It is. But updates may stop soon after meltdown. At least for a while. We may get new cosmetics here and there. But that doesn’t mean it’s the end of this franchise

This game may come to a close soon. But not the series

What leads you to think so? Devs have no future plans for the series and more than once have expressed their wishes to move to something different once they are done with the update for console version.

No matter how bad the games were doing, at least devs in the past always had something planned for Primal Carnage, like this game when the original was abandoned, or also Genesis and Onslaught. Unless a new dev team/crew shows interest on this series, i would say it's pretty much on its last legs.

And what leads you to such conclusion? It's not that long ago they expressed themselves that after the Playstation update, they would love to take a look on Sandbox gamemode and continue pursuing new additions. Surely they would want to work on something new and less problematic, like a new game, or atleast update the Extinction onto new engine to fight UE3's limitations, but there simply are no resources to do so. For such reason they have to take baby steps, attempt to make Extinction more popular and earning, and then they could start to make some bigger plans.
In case of Genesis and Onslaught, you seem to look on it with tinted glasses, as these were both promising, but eventually failed attempts to keep the franchise alive. Atleast they don't jump headstart into projects that might be too risky and over their current limitations.

Amazing how people always state UE3 is a limitation but I personally believe its the personal and specifically, the amount of personal that they have right now that is the limitation... C5 just isnt comparable to what it was 7 years ago when it still had 50+ workers.

Why even try to live service the PC version with such limited personal?

I guarantee you that this game is more alive then Dino D Day. Also, Dino D Day has no Official Servers in Queue. The official servers are dead on Dino D Day and only 2 community servers are alive.

This game is so mutch fun and not dying at all, and here's why!

Yes there are some few bugs here and there, and clunky attacks for dinos. But ive played this game for some time now and really you dont notice these things! You run around either eating people or shooting dinosaurs. And having a blast with or without friends, no matter of being on the same team or not. And also the countless cinematic and scary momments you can get yourself into. And the market and the trading and the cummunty! Its a awesome game and its not dying at all in my opinion.

That was why this game is so fun and i recomend it!
