I've been having trouble getting back in to playing the Canada 1000 pax scenario...the game keeps crashing when I try to fire it up.

I think when the game was updated to require you to have a locomotive available in the starting year, it had an unintentional bug of blocking using the "pick your start year" option unless you have a loco available in 1830 (probably just the Rocket?).

So, I wanted to offer some detailed feedback on the game after a few days of playing: (1) The baseline scenarios are nifty, but they get highly repetitive over time. Taking the East Coast USA map, there are only so many times I can slap the New Haven Line (which is the optimal startup, I think) together to get to 1000 passengers so I can draw out three diamonds. There's a similar thing on It would be nice if there were a variant of the scenario that either started in different years or went to 2000 or...

Can this game be played in windowed mode or full screen only?
