Is there any way to remove the post-its on the monitor? One of them covers the lives.

can anyone help me with this issue, i just bought the game and whenever i boot it up, after about 15 seconds it crashes, ive tried the normal steam fixes, clearing the download cache reinstalling the game restarting my computer it still wont work pls help me...
