I was gonna intend this to be a critique post but I think the game does work fine for what it is so there's no real need. I just thought it'd be nice to tell a creator that I played the demo and really enjoyed the character, music, presentation - but having to mix the running and dashing and aiming on controller is impossible, and was uncomfortable on keyboard. hey devs + other players, this game seems really cool! i can't seem to get the hang of the core grapple mechanic though! i feel as if i let go earlier, i won't have enough speed to get where i'm obviously supposed to get, but if i let go later, i seem to go mostly upward, and the air drift forward doesn't get me where i need to be either. just, overall, it seems like i'm getting around half the air from any given grapple point that i'm meant to. any ideas what i'm doing wrong?...
