Where can I find a boiler suit?

The quest I'm currently on says I need to wear a boiler suit in order to pass but I can't seem to find one or craft one. Does anyone know where to get this suit?

Yeah, you can find a boiler suit for sale at the Shady Trader. It is located in one of the alleys inside the "happy" city (the one you need proper suit and shoes to go in without raising suspects).

You have to look for him inside all those alleyways and passages inside the city. He hides inside a garbage dumpster (grey, large), but when you get close it will open and have the trader inside.

Its location is random, so i can't say where it is in your game, only it is in the city.
