The game currently runs at a constant 60 fps on medium settings, but if you set the settings to ultra the frame rate drops completely below 20 fps. The level design is very good as is the variety of enemies, the only thing that bothers me is that dead bodies don't stay lying around. It would be a dream if an update were released to change that.
