Bartenders, I hope you're doing well!

It's been a while since the Steam release of Blood X Thirsty, and since this was a jam game from random collaborators from the internet, we weren't planning on doing many updates, if any. That being said, this patch resolves a few bugs and general fixes to the game overall:

• UI change: fixed margins on ingredients list
  
• Gameplay change: adjusted hitbox for player (I made it larger, so combat should be a bit more forgiving.)
  
• Bug Fix: Tips from your last run no longer carry over to your next run.
