In this post, we'd like to give you a few hints about the commercial use of our products.
Music Maker 2015 and Music Maker 2015 Premium offer tons of loops and instruments for creating your own music.
In order to publish the music you've made, or to use it for games or videos in a commercial way, there are a couple things that need to be taken into consideration.

Using instruments - no problem!
If you limit yourself to using the instruments (e.g. Drum Engine, Power Guitar, Urban Drums, Analog Synths) in your creative work, and you create your own melodies with the MIDI editor or you play and record your own instruments, then you are free to use your music commercially.

Using the included loops - be careful!
If you've made your music using the MAGIX loops from the Soundpools, you can use it privately and share it with friends without being charged for it.

But if you want to use songs you've made with pre-produced loops (Soundpools) in a YouTube video in order to make money, or in any other commercial way, then you need an Audio Pro Licence.
The Audio Pro Licence offers you the option of using your music commercially. Theoretically speaking, you could even create your own CD and have it published by a record label. When you acquire a license, you also get much better quality versions of the loops in the form of uncompressed WAV files.

A song refering to music made with elements from included soundloop packs are songs in which you use samples and loops coming with Music Maker. It does not matter where you want to share it. If you want to make money with this music you will need to buy the license, but if you don't get any money from this you can just show your music to your friends.
You can use the instrument plugins only and create your own melodies and stuff, than there is no limit in the usage.

If you are going to use Beatbox 2 and loop desginer can you use that, for free in your youtube video even if you going to make money from it? thanks alot for answer :)

So what the company is saying, if you don't intend on creating something original, don't plan on making money off of something you couldn't or didn't think of.... Plus, why are you buying audio production software if you don't intend on using it to create your own sound? SMH

I would like to get a license for Magix Music Maker 2014's default sound loops (and possibly the addition free 1,000 loops.) Where could I get one. The link to the Audio Pro License no longer works.
