Crash after Crash!! FIX IT Screen Shot included.
I mean I have reached a point where i dont know what else I could write. I have strong enough PC and the specs are high yet the moment you add the 3rd 4th loop its hangs.

I have for over 240 Hours with the program now and it crashes and crashes.... specially with the auto scroll.

I am a serious user and if the tech support is interested, they can assign someone with me so i can guide them on my experience and give helpful information so that this can be fixed. As of now my opinion is favored towards not recommending this program. I have tried hard to like it but i cant really do much if it keeps on crashing and there is no help from Tech Support.

Best Wishes.

Please contact Technical Support directly through the support site :

{LINK REMOVED}

We cannot provide full support over the STEAM forum. We do have some tickets open with you regarding the Music Maker Jam and the Music Maker Premium problems and I can assure you that we have spent a lot of time looking at the problem. With the crashing problems, I am unaware if you have a specific ticket open for it.

I understand you are frustrated, however, saying there is no help from us is simply not true in this case. We have spent a lot of time looking at various issues and replying to your posts both here , on Amazon and directly through support. If you have a specific case open for the crashing problems, please let me know the ticket number and I can check it for you.

Firslty, please dont imply that i am lying. Check the date above and then the date on your reply. You will see the time difference.

Secondly, iam not frustated but dissapointed.

Thirdly, If you are unhappy with my reviews then i cannot just change them to please you as you wish. I can try to provide accurate feedback that can lead to the imporvement of your software at best incase you are willing.

I hardly write a negative review for any product unless there is something really disrupting the day to day usage. Which your program across all platforms is. I think rather than getting into a hassle with you i would just go back to the original program that i am using.

Let me know if you want the feedback i will send you a email. I appreciate that you guys are trying to solve the issue. If you check the reviews i am not the only one complaing about the crashes so please dont be angry at me personally for the negative review i wrote.

I wrote what i experienced. I dont need any favors in exchange for it nor do i seek a refund. I want a workable program that actually does what it says. Your focus seems to be more towards defending the comments made on negative reviews rather than solving the issues.

Regards

@ ShadowDancer
Yesterday i used MMM15 during 3 hours with intense use of 8 tracks. All went perfect.
Today i tryed a mutch lighter project. 4 tracks. It crashes once in every 5 minutes, at least. When i drag file, when i cut, when i stop, when i click...No matter what i do it will crash. And it got worse since now, none of the files i export is readable by any program, despite success message fom MMM15 when export is finished.
It seems like the program went totally unstable with use or time... cant really understand.
I was trying to do some bloopers project for my work and it was just a waste of time.
Now... tell me... What do i do?

Dude, are you getting a literal BSOD? I don't represent MAGIX or anything, but those are usually because of a bad device driver (happens) or failing hardware. I'd cover my basis and at least run "Find and fix problems with devices" or, in the worst case, do an OEM system health check off of a LiveUSB. Cover your bases, it might not happen on test machines.
