Going insane trying to figure out this achievement!

I have discovered all of the achievements except for the "Wasteland Reference" one. I assume it's a Wasteland video game reference, or even possibly Fallout, but I can't find anything like that. 90% of my game time has been clicking everything I can trying to see if the achievement might trigger but no luck!
