But we mustn't forget that this is Early Access and most of the stuff are a work in progress so who knows maybe skill trees will come back. I , personaly, like the idea of having all available skills from the start as long as they make sure that the puzzles feel unique, because you will be using the same tools to solve them all game.
Multiple arrows, frost arrows , fire arrows, explosive arrows, stealth maybe: lighting arrows , posion arrows and such.. like maybe iron crossbow ;)
Fire sword, maybe ice sword, magnetic shield, hammer lighting , hammer throwing , maybe ice , posion fire ect, hammer and more..
Triangle explosive hooking grapable to create, many boxes and different surfaces , moster cages and more !
I really hope they bring use fire balls lightning balls and ice balls !
+I really hope we will have crazy loot to look after !
And the XP seems even more hidden this time around. I'm still missing about 7 XP on each level, and just can't find it.
I'm missing 6 in the first and like 11 and the second .
Looks like we need a walkthrough ;)
Any ways improving skill tree and inventory system is a kickass idea , especially if they add new skills (which they have to..!)
As No Cigar mentioned earlier we are planning to use the collectibles to unlock the challenge levels (two of which are available to play straight away in the current Early Access version) in later versions of the game.
We don't have plans of adding a skill tree. This is something we have discussed quite much, so rest assured that a lot of thought has been given to this subject. In the end we felt that allowing the players to experience a wide variety of skills from the start and then introducing new ways to take advantage of said skills as the game progresses is the best way to go. Naturally our aim is to keep the game feeling fresh and offer new puzzles even in later levels and I feel confident that we've succeeded in this. :)
Thanks for the reply, can you please confirm fire arrows, or so ?
