Myself, I am building a 3D model of Max for the purpose of doing some fan art renders, but that model will be as fully clothed as the one in the game, since I see that as being a large part of her recognizability.
Oh sure, but I rather like building things from scratch, plus I'm aiming for a model that's closer to the logo model than the in-game model (https://gotgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/Life-is-Strange-Logo-New.jpg) since I certainly have the polygons to spare. :)
The game does have an ESRB rating of M however, with "Blood, Sexual themes, Strong language, Violence, Use of drugs" noted. That said, a shooting in a school is probably worse than seeing a pair of bewbs or something.
