[Spoiler] Don't kill or hurt Frank in EP4?

What do I have to choose to not kill or hurt him?
In my playthrough he actually stabbed himself with the knife whlie fighting with Chloe?

My dialoge options:
Put the gun of Chloe away
Say to Frank to close the door
Say sth like I'm sorry (I pointed the gun earlier at him)
And we just want to get the client list.
In the end he fights with Chloe and then he stabs himself with the knife..
I didn't quite get it how not to hurt him.

I picked "You knew Rachel." First I tried talking about the letter and the bracelet, but those options both pissed him off.

To be more specific, the additional options given after the rewind are irrelevant. Chloe's attitude/gun and getting Frank to close the door/etc. don't make an impact on whether or not you can convince him to help. Those two options only serve to make it so Frank only gets hurt instead of killed.

Thanks for the answers, will try this on my next playthrough.
Frank is a nice guy, hes is not a "bad guy" althoug he sells drugs. But he loves his doggie and he loved Rachel.
but I really loled back in EP2 or 3 at the diner when you could spill his beer and his beans :D
