Proofs that Mr. Jefferson is the bad guy

Today, after playing Ep. 1, 2 and 3 A LOT, I have a lot of proofs that Jefferson is behind Rachel's disappearence, Kate's video and etc. Warning, this discussion contains spoilers from Ep. 1, 2 and 3.

1. EVERY drama (or every single story) has a plot-twist on it. In Life Is Strange, we didn't saw any plot-twist until now. The "Rachel and Frank" story is not even a good plot-twist, a lot of people figured it out even before the release of Ep. 3. And sometimes, the plot-twist of the story is "The good guy is the bad guy". Jefferson seems to look like a good and nice guy, and for now, Max doesn't think that he is the bad guy of the entire story. She always says that Nathan, Victoria, Frank or David are behind Rachel's disappearence or Kate's video. If it was Jefferson, she would be surprised like every player would be.

2. In Ep. 2, Jefferson goes to class and starts to say some things about black & white photography and black & white art. In the ending of the same episode, we see the book with Rachel's name and a BLACK & WHITE book with Kate's photo in it. Coincidence? Or not?

3. I don't remember where I saw it, but someone was walking around Blackwell and they found a map of Blackwell academy. It had every single location: Principal's office, Girls' bathroom, Boys' bathroom, Art class, etc. However, there was one location we didn't found yet: Jefferson's room or something like that. And at the end of Ep. 2, like I said there is a book with Rachel's name and a book with Kate's photo, but we don't know where those things are. It could be possible that they are located at Jefferson's room, and maybe his room is the Dark Room that Nathan keeps saying.

4. I don't remember who said this and were, but in Ep. 1, someone says that there are rumors that Jefferson and Rachel had sex before her disappearence (probably it was Victoria or one of her "faithful minions"). What if Jefferson kidnapped her?

5. This is the ultimate proof that Jefferson is the bad guy. After you stop talking with Jefferson before going to class, someone calls him on the phone and he tells Max to go to the class. However, if you keep listening to his conversation, he says things like "I have to go now" "Listen, I need to go to class" "We can't talk right now" and etc. But there's one particular thing that got my ENTIRE attention: If you keep listening to him, he will start to talk like he is whispering. And then, he will say really fast and almost whispering: "Because I can't have this conversation with you right now and could you please just hang out the phone?". Who was Jefferson talking with? Why he couldn't have this conversation with this mysterious guy or woman at the school? Why was he talking like he wanted nobody to listen to him?

It's reason to be suspcicious atleast.
Aswell as that Jefferson's pictures are mostly women in some sexualized position, and he says something about taking a photo of a person who's in desperation or in a dark corner is too easy.

It doesn't have to mean anything, but you could see it as odd anyways.

OK, he can love Black & White pictures. But he talks about that in the class and then BOOM! in the ending we see a black & white book with a black & white picture of Kate Marsh. That can't be coincidence, unless the writers are stupid.

Stella who wants in Jefferson's pants tell you that she thinks they had sex. Sorry there's no proof there.. That phone call could be his bookie. There's nothing concrete yet on anyone or anything. We don't even have proof that Rachel is still alive.

I think lots of characters have secrets we haven't uncovered yet, but I don't think they'd have the "mastermind" behind everything be an existing character that the player could guess beforehand. That would spoil the fun a bit. I think the "mastermind" will most likely be a new character introduced in the last or second-to-last episode, like "The Stranger" in season 1 of the Walking Dead game. A new character whose existence/actions suddenly throws new light on a lot of little mysteries from earlier in the game.

there are pills also,there is a drink.it could be the alcohol addict wells,nathan is using such pills..the writers surely are not that stupid i hope but as jefferson would say "isnt that to easy,too obvoius?"honestly i suspect jefferson also but there is not one thing that convict him atm.i can postulate also : ah jefferson...jeffer-son..son of jeffer...it must be jeffersons son,dont you see that proof in his name?

Also, no plot twists? So OP are you saying you were expecting Chloe to be a quadrapilegic at the end of episode 3? I have no idea how anyone could have seen that coming unless they were told about it, watched a video, read a post, etc.

There's no proof Jefferson is the Big Bad, though there's tons of proof he's shady.
But who isn't at Blackwell?

Chloe being a quadrapilegic wasn't kind of a plot-twist... Max changed the past so she had to expect some kind of ♥♥♥♥ happening to Chloe or etc
