Cleansing Balms, Flowers, and other questions

Hey yall, I've been playing the patreon version of the game and enjoying it a lot! I've got over 20 hours in the game and have a few questions.

I've bought out the stock of cleansing balms on the farm, and I still have more of the old woods to explore, but finding cleansing balms is veeeery slow going. I don't even have one full plot on the farm free from the worms, getting the whole farm clear seems like eons away. Is there another way to get more, or perhaps to craft more? Or will I need to wait for further updates?

Also, I've seen posts on here about how to plant flowers, but I've never received flower seeds or any option to buy them. Is there a quest or something that I've missed or haven't gotten to yet? Maybe from the old woods?

Lastly, what is the best way to make money? Most of my crops go towards food to not die during encounters lol so I don't feel great selling most things. I've been trying to save up the 10K for the farm expansion but it hasn't been going so well lol

Right now, about half of the farm plots can be unlocked (maybe more for those who have really done everything in the Patreon version). There is a lot of content still to add, and the idea is for the farm to gradually be unlocked as it is completed.

Flowers and pets have been temporarily removed from the Patreon version, as they are getting a new home in the next big update (Monday).

The best way to earn money is through processing goods, such as preserves, keg products, processed animal products, etc. Though, I think the main issue most players have when it comes to earning money is a bit too much hoarding =P

I’ve gotten quite a few cleansing balms through chests and barrels in the mines. I’ve almost unlocked all the plots in one of the fields

I'm close to unlocking all the plots in one field, but once I got there getting more cleansing balms became much slower to find. And when I do find them, they are also needed to use in other parts of the map for goodies and now, at least one special door. Maybe I've just been unlucky, but they did not spawn as loot nearly as much as they did in the beginning. With the new update, I've gotten a few already though

I just wanted to make sure there wasn't a way to make them or buy more that I was missing.
