How do I solve the computer code puzzle. Tried all combinations from the alien badges.

a bug with the lockbox in Dr. Veros quarters- if you begin to enter the code, exit, and come back in- each position will display 0 but actually contains the value of what was previously entered- you will see the updated value when you try to adjust from 0 in each. on 2nd play through, in hypersleep room i did pickup the battery from the floor, then opened the hypersleep bed with the dead occupant and retrieved the battery- however, when i went to put batteries in the receptacle, i had only one batter and ...
